The show begins in ....

The owners / organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the event without notice or refund to public, traders or any other person/persons affected by any change or cancellation. Orders given by marshals at this event must be obeyed at all times and the owners / organisers reserve the right to remove any person/persons without stating a reason from the showground. The owners/organisers of this event accept no liability for any loss or injury fatal or otherwise to any person/persons on or around the showground. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Any lost wristbands / tickets will not be refunded or changed by the event owners/organisers under any circumstances. The terrain is uneven in places but not hilly, there will be some movement of large vehicles and entry to the show is entirely at the risk of each individual including staff and volunteers. Any person/persons disobeying instructions during the flying display may be subject to legal action. This information is for the safety and protection of everybody involved and not intended to spoil experiences.

Some areas may be inaccessible - A number of car parks will become sterile during the Show, no one will be permitted to return to their vehicles at this time for their own and others safety. There will be breaks within the air display to allow early departure. Please listen out for tannoy announcements and check signage on site for safe times of exit early. Any vehicles not parked in designated areas may result in being clamped or towed off site.

Disabled viewing areas – Please ask in advance or refer to the Site Map within the Show Brochure. Entry into this area is at your own risk and we accept no responsibility to loss or injury.

Battle Area – children, elderly or infirm may require ear defenders. These are not available at the show.

Visitors to the Victory Show are responsible for driving and parking their own vehicles on the show site.  All vehicles are left at the owners’ risk.

A number of car parks will become sterile during the Show, no one will be permitted to return to their vehicles at this time for their own and others safety.

DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES

Any person/persons found not cleaning up after their pets may be asked to leave the showground. Dogs' are allowed and must be kept on leads at all times; owners must be aware of their dogs’ hygiene and must clean up after their pets. Owners should also be aware of vehicle and aircraft noise and movement and how it will affect their pet or pets. Animals in unfamiliar surroundings may behave in an unpredictable manner. Please be in full control and vigilant.

Instructions from the Marshals or other show officials must be obeyed at all times. Please keep the campsite and show ground tidy and use the litterbins provided. After the show, some of the land is used for grazing, therefore debis can kill farm animals. Please dispose of litter in bins located on site.

WEAPONS

Only vehicle mounted or those parts of a static display will be allowed on site. These must remain secure at all times and must comply with H.M. Government Legislation. Entrants shall be responsible for the behaviour and appearance of the crews.  No weapons are to be carried around the site or showground without permission. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason. All spectators should be aware of moving vehicles on the show site at all times. Admission to the show is entirely at your own risk, and it is a condition of admission that all persons having any connection with the promotion and / or organisation and / or conduct of the show, including the owners of the land and the drivers and owners of the vehicles, are absolved from all liability in respect of personal injury, whether fatal or otherwise, to you or damage or loss to your property howsoever caused.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the show without refund or notice.

Part of the show involves the use of explosives and gun fire sometimes with little warning. There will also be noisy low flying, arriving and departing aircraft. Please be aware of this where young children, babies, elderly or infirm people are concerned as well as pets. The owners/organisers of this event accept no liability for any loss or injury fatal or otherwise to any person/persons on the showground.

Wrist bands / tickets must be worn and visible at all times.

If consideration is given to all at all times, there is no reason why this show should not be enjoyed by all those who attend or take part. As the organisers, we wish you a fantastic weekend!!

NO Pyro fireworks etc to be used at the Show unless authorised in writing by The Victory Show Organiser and MUST BE professional qualified to use with full insurance.
