Event Management & Cancellations

• Abuse, physical, verbal or otherwise towards any member of the Victory Show staff will not be tolerated and will result in individuals being removed from site and the police being called.
• Organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the event without notice.
• No refunds will be provided to the public, traders, or any other person in the event of a change or cancellation.
• Organisers reserve the right to remove any person from the showground without stating a reason.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason.
• Flying Displays are subject to change and or cancellation with little or no notice, due to weather, aircraft serviceability or other operational factors.
• There will be a strict Challenge 25 policy operating at the bar. Challenge 25 means that every individual, who visually appears to be under 25 years of age and is seeking to purchase or be supplied with alcohol at the premises or from the premises, shall be required to produce identification proving that individual to be 18 years of age or older. Acceptable identification for the purposes of age verification will include a photographic driving licence, British passport, or photographic identification bearing the “PASS” logo and the person’s date of birth. If the person seeking alcohol is unable to produce acceptable means of identification, no sale or supply of alcohol will be made to or for that person. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol.

Ticketing & Admission

• Tickets may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or over. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• A valid ticket must be produced to get into the Event. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate it. vIt is your responsibility to check your tickets as if you have made a mistake they cannot always be rectified after purchase.
• The Event will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed prior to the event. We regret we cannot issue duplicate tickets where there is potential for both the original and duplicate tickets being used, owing to strict regulations surrounding the licensed capacity of the event.
• Ticket prices are representational of those stated on the relevant website at the time of purchase. All prices set are inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive of any booking fee or delivery fee imposed by the third-party sales platform.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the Event is cancelled or postponed at the will of the Event in its full entirety. In this very unlikely scenario, the refund will not include any booking fee or delivery charge if tickets have already been posted to you. Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the tickets and upon receipt of complete unused original tickets, if received, promptly, within 30 days from the date of the Event or its cancellation or postponement, whichever comes first. If you require a refund, you must follow the process provided at the time of cancellation and apply within the given time frame. Requests outside of the given dates cannot be processed. You are not entitled to a refund if the event is still running and you decide not to go or realise that you can’t get there anymore.
• Operational issues beyond our control (i.e. the weather or an Act of God or wider eventualities outside of the Event’s control, for which no person can be held responsible) may mean, for your safety, some advertised features/services may not be available. This could include our ability to open the site should a higher force (i.e. the government or statutory authorities) prohibit public access for safety reasons. In this unlikely situation, we are unable to offer refunds but may instead exercise our right to offer customers alternative arrangements as are deemed acceptable for longer-running events with a consistent history of delivery such as our own. Any such goodwill gestures will be redeemable within a given timeframe only.
• The Event reserves the right to open the gates at alternative times in the interests of safety.
• It is your responsibility to ascertain whether the Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled Event. Where an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, the Event will use reasonable endeavours to notify you using the details provided at the time of ordering.
• Tickets are sold subject to our right to alter or vary the published Event programme line-up/activites without notification which may result in changes to the event line-up, times or any other aspect of the Event. If this happens then the Event is not obliged to refund your money or exchange tickets. We reserve all rights in this regard. The Event shall not be liable for any change of a published start time or change to the items scheduled to perform.
• Should the Event be cancelled or site location changed, the Event Organisers will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or for any loss of money and/or expenses/personal incidental (i.e. travel/accommodation) costs incurred.
• Where a customer has opted to receive their tickets by post and there is not enough time to deliver tickets, you will be told at the point of purchase the arrangements for the collection of your tickets. If you are collecting your tickets from the site office, you must have your acknowledgement of the order and the credit/debit card used to make the order with you. You will be able to collect your tickets when gates open at the start of the Event, but not before.
• You may not resell or advertise tickets for sale for profit through any medium not authorised by the Event, through online auctions or other websites, including the Event’s own social media channels. Reselling tickets for profit or commercial gain will render them void.
• The Event shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your purchase of the ticket or attendance at the event including any disappointment or loss or damage to any personal property you bring to the venue (we advise you not to bring anything of value to the event) but excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of the Event negligence, which shall be unlimited. However, if found in any circumstances to be liable, the Event’s liability shall be limited to the face value price paid for the ticket to the Event.
• Our terms and conditions are subject to change if necessary. It is your responsibility to check current policies.
• Wristbands and tickets must be worn and visible at all times.
• Entry to the show is entirely at the risk of each individual (including staff and volunteers).
• Admission is conditional upon the visitor absolving all organisers, land owners, and vehicle owners from liability for personal injury or property damage.
• To ensure everyone’s safety, the Victory Show reserves the right to conduct security searches and ask to look in your bag prior to entry into the Event and to confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the security agent acting on behalf of the event, may contravene the event terms or cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience. Please do not be offended.

General Safety & Conduct

• You must comply with instructions and directions given by security staff and stewards, they are there to protect your safety.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Visitors must be aware of moving vehicles on the show site at all times.
• The terrain is uneven; visitors should exercise caution.
• Disobeying instructions during the flying display may result in legal action.
• The show involves explosives, gunfire, and noisy low-flying aircraft; visitors should plan accordingly for children, the elderly, or the infirm.

Vehicles & Parking

• Visitors are responsible for driving and parking their own vehicles.
• Motorcycle parking is located on grass.
• All vehicles are left at the owner's risk.
• Vehicles not parked in designated areas may be clamped or towed. Owners of vehicles that are removed from the event are subject to any costs and storage charges that may be incurred.
• Specific car parks will become "sterile" (inaccessible) during the show; no one may return to their vehicle during these times.
• Early departure is only permitted during designated breaks in the air display; check tannoys/signage for safe exit times.
• Vehicles left on site at the close of the event may be removed from the site and the costs or removal and storage will be born by the vehicle owner.

Animal Welfare & Dog Policy

• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
• Owners must clean up after their pets; failure to do so may result in being asked to leave.
• Owners are responsible for their dog's hygiene and welfare.
• Owners must be aware that pyrotechnics, explosives, and aircraft noise may affect pet behavior.
• Owners must remain in full control and vigilant of their animals.
• Animals must not be left in vehicles.
• Site Hygiene & Environment
• The campsite and showground must be kept tidy.
• All litter must be placed in the bins provided.
• Littering is strictly prohibited as the land is used for grazing and debris can kill farm animals.

Weapons & Pyrotechnics

• No weapons are to be carried around the site without express permission.
• Only vehicle-mounted weapons or those part of a static display are allowed.
• All weapons must remain secure and comply with H.M. Government Legislation.
• Vehicle crews are responsible for their own behavior and appearance.
• No personal pyrotechnics or fireworks are allowed.
• Any authorized pyrotechnics must be used by insured professionals with written permission from the Organiser.

Facilities & Specific Areas

• Disabled Viewing: Entry is at your own risk; ask staff or check the site map for locations.
• Battle Area: Ear defenders are recommended for children, the elderly, or the infirm; these are not provided by the show.
• Filming, Recording and Still Imagery
• The Event may be professionally filmed or recorded, therefore in attending the Event you consent to be filmed and/or photographed and may be featured as a member of the audience in any resulting footage or photographs. This being a public Event, individual consent may not be sought.
• The Victory Show reserves the right to use any photographs, videos or imagery taken at the show by visitors for use in promoting the event in printed and digital formats to include social media, presentations and press. Wherever possible credit will be given to the individual(s) concerned.
• Visitors are free to take photographs and videos at the Victory Show and we encourage it, please feel free to share on social media. We do ask that you respect individuals’ privacy, images are appropriate and not offensive and avoid taking photographs of children without the consent of their parents.

Drones, Unmanned Air Systems and Radio Controlled Aircraft

• Drones, UAS and Radio Controlled Aircraft are not permitted to be brought into the Victory Show without the permission of the Flying Display Director in advance of the event. Only those approved will be permitted to operate at Foxlands Farm.
• The Victory Show will sit within Restricted Airspace during the Victory show under Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order (2016). Anyone found to be flying within the airspace will be prosecuted and removed from the event.
• Kites and Helium Balloons must not be brought onto site.

Prohibited Items (Ticket Holders)

The following are not permitted to be brought into the Event:

a) Alcohol –Only alcohol purchased from one of the licensed bars may be consumed on-site, security has the right to confiscate any alcohol brought into the licensed event via any other means;

b) laser pens;

c) any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives);

d) illegal substances or legal highs;

e) glass or glassware;

f) gazebos, parasols or tented structures;

g) barbecues, fires, cookers, lawn candles (naked flames)

h) aerosol cans (in extremely hot weather, due to risk of explosion)

i) Drones, Unmanned Air Systems, Radio Controlled Model Aircraft, Kites or Helium Balloons

Safety and Security

• Please keep bags and belongings with you at all times, security has the right to remove all unattended bags.
• Please follow all commentator announcements and instructions.
• Report any suspicious activity or behaviour to a member of the victory show team.
• Access to the airfield is prohibited except for the period of the flightline walk. Please do not touch, remove or sit in or on any vehicle, aircraft or exhibit without the permission of the person responsible for it.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the airfield.
• Please ensure that any cigarettes are extinguished and disposed of safely.
• The maximum speed limit on the site is 10mph.

Liability Waiver

• The owners/organisers accept no liability for loss or injury (fatal or otherwise) to any person on or around the showground.
• The organisers are absolved from all liability regarding damage or loss to personal property, however caused.
• Our terms and conditions are subject to change if necessary. It is your responsibility to check current policies

Complaints

If during the Event you have a complaint in relation to the Event please raise this with a member of the Event team at the time of the Event to allow us the best possible opportunity to resolve the matter in a positive manner. Complaints are very difficult to deal with retrospectively after an Event has taken place.
