PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION CAREFULLY & CHECK THE BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS FORM TO CONFIRM YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THEM.
Entry to the showground & vehicle movements will be allowed from Wednesday 2nd September between 8am & 8pm only.
Exit from the site will commence after the site is clear of public on Sunday 6th September and NOT BEFORE!
A one-way system will be in place, you must always adhere to the directions of our staff, failure to do so will result in your group being removed from site. This is for the safety of all people on site.
The name of each group member and vehicle owner will be required in advance for numbers, security and insurance purposes
All entries and attendees must be insured against Third Party Risks. Check your policy for on and off-road use and public liability if required. Please provide
copies of insurance with entry. You will not be covered under our insurance policy and may be held personally liable for any injuries or damage caused.
After 01/07/26 you are not guaranteed a pitch – Early booking is essential!
